There is a W Hudson listed on Castledawson War Memorial. The 1911 census lists a William Hudson, 17 years of age, a farm labourer, living in Aghagaskin, Magherafelt. In 1912 a William Hudson from Curran signed the Ulster Covenant in Kilmarnock along with Robert and Hugh Leslie, Joseph Sampson and John Williamson, all from Castledawson.
