William Henry Moran was the son of John T. and Gertrude Moran of Magherafelt. He was born about 1926. Fusilier William Henry ‘Harry’ Moran was serving with the Royal Inniskilling Fusiliers when he died on 3rd June 1947 in Italy, long after the war had finished. He was 19 years old.
The War Cemetery is in the locality of Adegliacco in the Commune of Tavagnacco, Province of Udine. The town of Udine is about 101 kilometres North-East of Venice.
From the centre of Udine take the SS13 towards Tarvisio. After 4.4 kilometres turn right, take the SS13 underpass and the cemetery will be found after the roundabout.
