30/12/2015 A report was published in the Scottish newspaper, the Evening Times, on 23rd October 1915 of Private Hugh Hagan’s death.
30/12/2015 The CWGC record Private Hugh Hagan as the son of Henry and Margaret Hagan. He is also listed as the husband of Mary H Hagan, of 53 Greenfield Street, Govan, Glasgow.
30/12/2015 Private Hugh Hagan is buried in St Sever Cemetery in Rouen, France.
30/12/2015 Private Hugh Hagan was serving with the 1st Battalion of the Cameron Highlanders when he ‘died’ on Sun 17th October 1915. He was 37 years old.
30/12/2015 Hugh was married to Mary H Hagan.
