From the Mid Ulster Mail dated Saturday 8th September 1945: 25 Years Ago (September 1920)
The war memorial brass tablet in Bellaghy Presbyterian Church, with the names of 46 members who had served in the war, 13 of whom had made the supreme sacrifice, was unveiled by Mrs Chichester, O.B.E. (now Mrs Parker). The Rev V S Corkey. C.F., gave a suitable address. The names of the fallen were: Samuel Dawson, Samuel J Dawson, Joseph Hunter, Henderson Moore, Robert McClelland, William McElroy, Robert McIntyre, Thomas McKee, Adam McKelvey, Thomas McQuillan, Alexander Russell, Robert Wilson, and Robert Hugh Wilson.
